A birthday gift for :iconmirrew: , who shares a birthday with me (5th February) and did 25 character portraits for other deviants. I looked through her gallery and totally fell in love with this guy, Audin. He's blind but too proud to use a stick, hence the many holes in his trousers. :D I had so much fun with his outfit!

I like this, though I can't put my finger on a precise reason why besides that it is proficiently done, lol, so it must be the mood. Also, February 5th is my half birthday (and yeah, I know my half birthday off the top of my head *headdesk*).

I have to say that the anatomy in this one really came out a lot better (and indeed effortless - for once) than my stuff usually does. :)

Neat outfit! I love how you do cloth. They always LOOK like real cloth. The details and little touches are really nice, like the holes in the pants and the stiches :D And.. I love his face. The expression seems not very spectacular nut what I like about your work is that even if the faces are simple they deliver a lot of character.
