Egg painted sixteen years ago (showing Maedhros in the Dagor Bragollach. Yes. I have Tolkien-themes easter eggs!). One of the few in that series that have survived this long. Backdrop: the peach tree in our garden.

I am jealous. ;p I can barely draw a horse that won't look like a hippo on paper - you paint horses on eggs. Eggs! A rounded surface can't be among the easy ones.

Over here, it's incredible. We've only moved into this area last autumn, so it's out first spring here - and the sell of flowers all down our street is fantastic. We keep the windows open all day!
