SHORT DESCRIPTION FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T BE BOTHERED BY ANYTHING LONGER THAN TWITTER MESSAGES.

I'm reading the Harry Potter books to my son (6).
He hasn't seen the movies and doesn't want to.
He used to have trouble keeping tabs on who is who, so I draw the characters for him.
We're on the Prisoner of Azkaban at the moment.
Hence, he doesn't know yet that Sirius is a good guy.
That's why I made Sirius look nicer than I think he does, to give my son food for thought.
Nobody past PoA is on here because I add characters as we "meet" them.
And this is even longer than the actual pic description.
In which I use subordinate clauses and everything.

So, in my quest to illustrate every main character of the Harry Potter books as I read them to my six-year-old son, I've accumulated quite a few, right?

We're in the middle of the Prisoner of Azkaban now, and here's the new and improved full character chart!

Sirius came out a bit "nicer" than I actually imagine him in the book. But as my son was dead sure that he's evil to the core at the beginning of the third book, I felt like giving him some food for thought.

I update this whenever I add new ones.

he describes clawing and biting at himself during his school transformations, as he didnt have people to attack. one can assume that over time this would leave numerous scars.
