During a rather long role-playing night, in which my Paladin (you may remember her; she's still alive, w00t! [link])had one single heroic moment, charging against a Dracolich with her celestial Pegasus. After that, I had eight hours of rather frustrating role-play and/or fights in which I somehow missed most of the fun. In those long hours, I occupied myself with reminiscing about the first part.
Pencil on character sheet. I've always wanted to say that.  And I think I may revisit this and finish it up at some point.EDIT: Since so many people asked, those are not her natural stats - the DM has been very generous with magical items boosting stats. I think the CHA one is almost natural, but especially STR and CON are courtesy of all sorts of gloves, periapts and cloaks. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. That reminds me of our Legend of the 5 Rings role-playing sessions, and how the guy who was playing the guy from the Dragon clan was mostly bored... Until we got attacked by zombies and the archer from the Wasp clan couldn't kill them first, so the rest of the group managed to hit something
(*watches all the different classes*) Leveling up must be a pain for you...

Two things I believe I know pretty well in this world, women and war... unfortunately my experiences with neither of them are something to smile upon...
And I really know how you feel. My last roleplaying session, which happened far too long ago, was very similar, and I really felt as though it would have been no different if I hadnt been there at all. Glad you got that one awesome moment of glory, and would love to see this finished up.
