Chapter 9: Of the Flight of the Noldor

Drawn for Anna, a fellow Maedhros fan from Spain (another pic for her to come!) I originally planned for this pic to somewhat mirror Peet's "Fëanor's betrayal at Losgar" [link] but Maedhros took over during the scribble stage. :D

Rather weird Photoshop/Watercolour mixture (where the heck was I supposed to categorize this??) But I really like the outcome.

Is Amras there on the rock, watching for his twin? That just makes this sadder... Maedhros just looks so shattered somehow... I think it just him - he's never going home again.
