Harry Potter--Marauders by *Gold-Seven

We've all seen innumerable fan art pieces of the Maurauders, right? What makes this piece stand out, aside from the gorgeous watercolours used, is the depth of research that went into it. Working out that these characters were growing up in the 70's, the artist search back through hundreds of photographs from the era to capture the right hair, clothing and atmosphere.
