Found this meme from *Feliane and had much fun with it...

Some of those characters would have fit three or four sins (and two or more virtues...), a few were really tough to place. :D

The Sins

Sloth: King Geoffrey of Saexony. Notable in my story mostly for filling a throne but never doing much while others do the ruling for him.

Pride: Branwyn. She was really hard to place. I did decide against the obvious "Lust" and put her here although there were a lot of hot contestants for "Pride".

Gluttony: Lady Elaine, Aedan's step-mother, was the only one who 'halfway' qualified for that. I could just as well have left it blank.

Lust: Archbishop Clement of Stillsbury. I decided to interpret "Lust" as "lust for power" in this context. Mainly because there's no character in my story whose carnal desires are much of a talking point. Sex happens, no? If everyone agrees, what's the deal? ;)

Greed: Again, many contestants. Prince Edward of Saexony snatched the title against the others.

Wrath: Aedan. Totally. I couldn't have put him in *any* of the virtues. :D

Envy: Dylan, Aedan's half-brother. That one was a no-brainer.


The Virtues

Diligence: Iared of Tangnafedd, the father of Aedan, Dylan, Llywelyn, and Adenydd. A well-versed diplomat in a time that valued warriors more highly, tragically.

Humility: Cadwy ab Huw, Rhys' brother. I had NO idea whom to put here. There are virtually no humble characters in my story. This is supposed to tell me something. ;)

Temperance: Another no-brainer - Rhys was the best candidate here.

Chastity: Adenydd. Ada would have fit loads of those virtues... but I had to put her in one that nobody else wanted. :D

Charity: An otherwise unimportant solder called Etienne. Hmmm. It ought to tell me something that charitable and humble characters are so thin on the ground.

Patience: Llywelyn ab Iared. Along the road, turns out he didn't have enough of it.

Kindness: Also several contestants, but Maira, Aedan's mother, fits here best. (Rhys' father would have been another candidate. What an annoyingly virtuous family!)

Hach, es ist doch ganz schön zu sehen, dass auch als Lehrerin mit 2 Kindern noch Zeit zum Zeichnen bleiben kann - hoffen wir mal, dass nach dem Ref auch meine Zeichensachen wieder aus der Versenkung auftauchen dürfen ;)

Die ersten Jahre mit zwei Kindern waren definitiv hart; aber gestern hab ich nen kompletten Faramir aquarelliert mit Kindern spielend im HIntergrund... das geht schon wieder!

Why am I so not surprised Aedan is in the Wrath box? :XD:

Geoffrey sounds like a loser of a king. I like interpreting "lust" as "lust for power", Edward looks like a complete jerk, and this meme only makes me like Rhys and Adenydd more. :D Cute AND virtuous! XDDD

Aedan's got every single sin except gluttony, I guess, but wrath is his most pronounced. :D

One more thing - I *LOVE* that one of your main characters (your protagonist, right?) is not under "Virtues", but under "Sins" (aka vices), and that of Wrath, which is often seen as especially bad, isn't it? Wrath...ooh. =D (also, he looks kindof pissed off in this picture of him under Wrath, heh, so how appropriate).
