Updates

A quick note to let you all know I won't be around for ten days or so - we'll be visiting my parents in Northern Germany, and since I don't trust my father to find out his password for his internet connection so I can log in with my netbook, I#ll be internet-less. ;)

And God have mercy on my soul, but this morning while drying my hair (these things ALWAYS happen while I'm drying my hair), I had the sudden inspiration to turn my Rhyddion Chronicles into a comic rather than a novel. And for this first time in ten years, this idea wasn't rejected immediately.

I know what you're going to say - that you've been telling me this all along and that it's the natural way to go, and I know it's something a lot of you would like to hold in their hands. It's something I'd die to hold in my hands as well. The thing is I'm not sure my hands can actually draw all that stuff.

But we'll see. I'll mull it over and do a couple of test pages when I'm back from holiday (or maybe ON holiday. Nice time for art.) That, at least, should be fun.

Seeya all again in August :)

I like your written stories a lot, but I think a comic would be interesting to see too - your art is so pretty!

This idea elates me. For reals. And it would be such a *pretty* comic, too. :D

Have a wondeful vacation time!

Great idea-great idea! It would be great to see the story in comic form and I have no doubt you'd be able to draw to perfection anything required by the plot. Now the reader's wait begins...;)

I would love to see that! I've actually been thinking the same about my story project and it seems easier to communicate what is happening through images rather than words. It is a lot more labor intensive, but at least your vision of what is happening comes across clearly.

In any case, if you go through with it, I can't wait to see what comes out!
