Updates
Wow. Thanks so much for all those faves and comments! I mostly cleaned out my message centre last night when Aragorn was at around 500 faves, and logged on today to 1,700 more messages. O_o

Thanks to everyone who liked Aragorn and the Making-Of! I'm trying to get through all the comments, answering all questions and generally trying to catch up with those many of you who put so much thought into commenting. So very much appreciated!!
And I think I didn't read the dreaded "LOTR FANARTS" anywhere. Thanks for that as well.

Not sure how long I can keep up this drawing streak (which classifies as a frenzy by now, I suppose). I'm working on my next - which actually happens to be Frodo - but I'll be getting a lot of school work starting tomorrow.
At least I have a lot of good ideas for Mother's Day now. I actually think my mum will get the original of Aragorn. She always liked him best, and she can't relate to the Silmarillion anyway.

*Hands out some more hugs* You guys really build me up. Thank you for that.

Thanks a lot for the tut, btw, I'll definitely try the nail polish thing. I tried to obtain the same effect by sprinkling salt on wet areas of watercolour, but I dunno why, it doesn't work for me...
Congrats on all the faves. ^^

Have you made some art for their walls? (Just curious here).
And now I'm curious about Frodo
